Privacy policy

We collect the information you provide when you request a booking: your name, artist name, email, phone number, and what you're looking to work on. We use it solely to respond to your request and schedule your session. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
When you book or tap Text or Call, we also record the pages you visited during that visit, which button you used, your type of device and screen size, and your rough location (city or zip code) as seen from your internet connection, never GPS. We use this to learn what helps people book. A Text tap adds a short reference code to the prefilled message so we can match your text to your visit.
Advertising measurement. When you arrive from a Google ad, we record the ad click identifier and campaign tags with your visit and with any booking request you send. This site uses Google's tag to count visits, calls and texts and to measure our advertising, and that tag sets cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out through Google's Ads Settings. We also use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used.
Text messaging & consent. When you submit a booking request with your phone number, you agree to receive booking and session-related text messages from Undercaste Studios at that number. That's how we set up your session. These are booking and session messages only: we do not send promotional texts without a separate opt-in, and consent to promotional messages is never a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their info.
